ברוכים הבאים ל־TinyCast. תנאים אלה חלים על השימוש באפליקציית TinyCast ובאתר thetinycast.app. שימוש באפליקציה משמעו הסכמה לתנאים אלה. כתבנו אותם בשפה פשוטה ככל האפשר.

1. השירות

TinyCast יוצרת פרקי שמע (פודקאסט) מותאמים אישית לילדים, בעברית, בעזרת בינה מלאכותית. הילד/ה מציע/ה רעיון, ההורה בודק/ת ומאשר/ת, והמערכת מייצרת פרק: תסריט, הקראה ותמונת שער. החשבון מנוהל על ידי ההורה, והתוכן נשמר בספרייה פרטית של המשפחה.

2. מי רשאי לפתוח חשבון

בעל/ת החשבון חייב/ת להיות בגיר/ה (הורה או אפוטרופוס). ילדים משתמשים באפליקציה יחד עם ההורה ובאמצעות פרופילים שההורה יוצר ומנהל. ההורה אחראי לכל פעילות בחשבון.

3. מנוי TinyCast Family

  • המנוי הוא מנוי מתחדש אוטומטית (חודשי או שנתי), הנרכש דרך Apple. המחיר המדויק במטבע המקומי מוצג ב־App Store לפני הרכישה.
  • המנוי מתחדש אוטומטית בסוף כל תקופה, אלא אם בוטל לפחות 24 שעות לפני סוף התקופה הנוכחית.
  • ניהול וביטול המנוי נעשים דרך הגדרות ה־App Store במכשיר (הגדרות ← Apple ID ← מנויים). ביטול נכנס לתוקף בסוף התקופה ששולמה.
  • התשלום נגבה על ידי Apple. החזרים כפופים למדיניות של Apple.
  • על הורדת האפליקציה עצמה חל גם הסכם הרישיון הסטנדרטי של Apple למשתמש קצה (Apple Standard EULA).

4. כוכבים (מכסת שימוש)

המנוי כולל מכסה חודשית של 30 כוכבים ליצירת פרקים: סיפור קצר עולה כוכב אחד, סיפור ארוך עולה 2 כוכבים. הכוכבים הם מכסת שימוש בלבד: אין להם ערך כספי, הם אינם ניתנים להעברה או לפדיון, והם מתחדשים בתחילת כל תקופת חיוב. המסלול החינמי כולל סיפורי היכרות וסיפור קצר אחד בחינם בכל שבוע, לכל מכשיר.

5. שימוש מקובל

האפליקציה מיועדת לשימוש אישי ומשפחתי. אין להשתמש בה כדי:

  • לנסות לייצר תוכן פוגעני, מיני, אלים או שאינו מתאים לילדים (מנגנוני הבטיחות חוסמים ניסיונות כאלה).
  • להפר חוק, זכויות של אחרים, או את תנאי Apple.
  • לעקוף את מכסת השימוש, את בקרות ההורים, או מנגנוני אבטחה אחרים.
  • לעשות שימוש מסחרי בשירות או בתוכן שנוצר.

אנו רשאים להשעות או לסגור חשבון שמפר תנאים אלה.

6. תוכן שנוצר בבינה מלאכותית

הפרקים נוצרים באופן אוטומטי לפי הרעיון שאושר, וכל בקשה מפיקה תוכן חדש. לפני היצירה ההורה רואה את ההצעה וסקירת בטיחות, ומאשר אותה. ההורה אחראי לבדיקת ההצעה ולאישורה, ולהאזנה יחד עם הילד/ה לפי שיקול דעתו. תוכן שנוצר בבינה מלאכותית עשוי להכיל אי־דיוקים; הוא נועד להנאה ולהעשרה, ואינו תחליף לייעוץ מקצועי או לחומר לימוד רשמי.

7. קניין רוחני

הרעיונות שהמשפחה מזינה נשארים שלכם. הפרקים שנוצרו עבורכם ניתנים לכם לשימוש אישי, משפחתי ולא מסחרי: להאזין, לשמור ולהשמיע בבית. אין למכור, להפיץ מסחרית או לפרסם את התוכן כשירות. האפליקציה, העיצוב, השם והטכנולוגיה הם קניינה של TinyCast.

8. סיום ומחיקת חשבון

ניתן להפסיק להשתמש בשירות בכל עת. מחיקת החשבון זמינה מתוך האפליקציה (הורים ← חשבון ← מחיקת החשבון) ומוחקת לצמיתות את החשבון, פרופילי הילדים, הפרקים, ההקלטות והתוכן שנוצר, כמפורט במדיניות הפרטיות. מחיקת החשבון אינה מבטלת את המנוי; יש לבטל אותו בנפרד בהגדרות ה־App Store.

9. הגבלת אחריות

השירות ניתן כפי שהוא (as is). אנו משתדלים שהשירות יהיה זמין ואמין, אך איננו מתחייבים לזמינות רציפה או לתוצאה מסוימת של תוכן שנוצר. במידה המרבית המותרת בדין, אחריותנו הכוללת כלפיכם מוגבלת לסכום ששילמתם לשירות בשלושת החודשים שקדמו לאירוע. אין בתנאים אלה כדי לגרוע מזכויות צרכן שאינן ניתנות להתניה לפי דין.

10. שינויים בתנאים

נעדכן תנאים אלה בעת הצורך ונשנה את תאריך העדכון שבראש העמוד. שינוי מהותי יוצג באפליקציה או באתר. המשך שימוש לאחר השינוי משמעו הסכמה לתנאים המעודכנים.

11. דין וסמכות שיפוט

על תנאים אלה חל הדין הישראלי, וסמכות השיפוט הבלעדית נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל.

Welcome to TinyCast. These terms apply to the TinyCast app and the thetinycast.app website. By using the app you agree to these terms. We keep them in plain language.

1. The service

TinyCast creates personalized Hebrew audio (podcast) episodes for children using AI. The child suggests an idea, the parent reviews and approves it, and the system generates an episode: a script, narration, and cover art. The account is managed by the parent, and content is stored in the family's private library.

2. Eligibility

The account holder must be an adult (a parent or guardian). Children use the app together with the parent, through profiles the parent creates and manages. The parent is responsible for all activity on the account.

3. TinyCast Family subscription

  • TinyCast Family is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) purchased through Apple. The exact price in your local currency is shown in the App Store before purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Manage or cancel the subscription in your device's App Store settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
  • Payment is charged by Apple. Refunds are subject to Apple's policies.
  • Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies to the app download itself.

4. Stars (usage quota)

The subscription includes a monthly quota of 30 stars for creating episodes: a short story costs 1 star, a long story costs 2 stars. Stars are a usage quota only: they have no cash value, are not transferable or redeemable, and reset at the start of each billing period. The free tier includes intro stories and one free short story per week, per device.

5. Acceptable use

The service is for personal, family use. You may not use it to:

  • Attempt to generate harmful, sexual, violent, or otherwise child-inappropriate content (the safety systems block such attempts).
  • Break the law, infringe others' rights, or violate Apple's terms.
  • Circumvent the usage quota, parental controls, or other security mechanisms.
  • Use the service or generated content commercially.

We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms.

6. AI-generated content

Episodes are generated automatically from the approved idea, and each request produces new content. Before generation, the parent sees the proposal and a safety review, and approves it. The parent is responsible for reviewing and approving the proposal, and for listening together with the child at their discretion. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies; it is meant for enjoyment and enrichment, not as professional advice or formal educational material.

7. Intellectual property

The ideas your family enters remain yours. Episodes generated for you are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial family use: to listen, save, and play at home. You may not sell, commercially distribute, or republish the content as a service. The app, its design, name, and technology belong to TinyCast.

8. Termination and account deletion

You can stop using the service at any time. Account deletion is available inside the app (Parents → Account → Delete account) and permanently removes the account, child profiles, episodes, recordings, and generated content, as described in the privacy policy. Deleting the account does not cancel the subscription; cancel it separately in App Store settings.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular outcome of generated content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the event. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

10. Changes to these terms

We will update these terms as needed and change the date at the top of the page. A material change will be announced in the app or on the website. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
