TinyCast היא אפליקציה שבה הורים וילדים יוצרים יחד פרקי פודקאסט קצרים בעברית. ההורה פותח חשבון ושולט בו, הילד/ה מקליט/ה רעיון, ההורה מאשר/ת, והמערכת מייצרת פרק. מסמך זה מסביר איזה מידע נאסף, כיצד הוא משמש, ועם מי הוא מעובד.

איזה מידע אנחנו אוספים

• פרטי חשבון: כתובת אימייל (בהרשמה עם אימייל/סיסמה) או מזהה וכתובת ממסר של Apple (בהתחברות עם Apple).
• פרופיל הילד/ה שההורה מזין/ה: שם או כינוי, גיל, נושאים אהובים ולא אהובים, והערות של ההורה. מומלץ להשתמש בשם פרטי או כינוי בלבד.
• הקלטות קול: כשילד/ה מקליט/ה רעיון, ההקלטה נשלחת לשרת, מתומללת לטקסט, ומשמשת ליצירת הפרק. ההקלטה והתמלול נשמרים באזור הפרטי של החשבון.
• תוכן שנוצר: התסריט, קובץ השמע ותמונת השער של כל פרק, נשמרים באזור הפרטי של החשבון.
• נתוני שימוש: אירועים כמו נגן פרק, השלים פרק, סימן אהוב, כדי להתאים אישית את ההמלצות והתוכן לילד/ה.
• נתוני מנוי: סטטוס המנוי מ‑Apple. איננו רואים ואיננו שומרים פרטי כרטיס אשראי. התשלום מנוהל על ידי Apple.
• מזהה מכשיר לצורך מניעת ניצול לרעה: מזהה App Attest של Apple, כדי לנהל את המכסה החינמית לכל מכשיר. אין זה מזהה פרסומי.

כיצד המידע משמש

ליצירת הפרקים, לשמירת הספרייה הפרטית, להתאמה אישית של ההמלצות, לניהול המנוי והמכסה החינמית, ולתמיכה ולשיפור האפליקציה. איננו מציגים פרסומות ואיננו עוקבים אחר המשתמשים בין אפליקציות. איננו מוכרים מידע אישי.

עם מי המידע מעובד (ספקי משנה)

כדי לספק את השירות, מידע מסוים מעובד אצל ספקים אלה:

• Google Firebase: הזדהות, בסיס נתונים, אחסון, שרתים והתראות (אירוח ה‑backend).
• Apple: התחברות עם Apple, App Attest, רכישות ומנויים, והתראות.
• OpenAI: תמלול ההקלטה (דיבור לטקסט) ויצירת תמונת השער.
• Google Gemini / Google Cloud: יצירת התסריט והפקת השמע (הקראה).

תוכן שנשלח לספקי ה‑AI משמש אך ורק ליצירת הפרק עבורכם.

שמירה ומחיקה

המידע נשמר כל עוד החשבון פעיל. ניתן למחוק את החשבון בכל עת מתוך האפליקציה (הורים ← חשבון ← מחיקת החשבון). מחיקה מסירה לצמיתות את החשבון, פרופילי הילדים, הסדרות, הפרקים, ההקלטות והתוכן שנוצר. חלק מהנתונים עשויים להישמר זמן קצר בגיבויים לפני מחיקה סופית.

ילדים

TinyCast מיועדת לשימוש הורים יחד עם ילדיהם. ההורה פותח את החשבון, שולט בפרופילים, ומאשר כל פרק לפני יצירתו. אנא הזינו מידע מזערי על הילד/ה (כינוי וגיל מספיקים).

זכויותיכם

ניתן לגשת למידע, לתקן אותו, או למחוק את החשבון כולו מתוך האפליקציה. לכל בקשה אחרת פנו אל support@thetinycast.app.

שינויים

נעדכן מסמך זה בעת הצורך ונשנה את תאריך העדכון שבראשו.

TinyCast is an app where parents and children together create short Hebrew podcast episodes. The parent creates and controls the account, the child records an idea, the parent approves it, and the app generates an episode. This document explains what we collect, how we use it, and who processes it.

Who is responsible

TinyCast ("we"). Privacy questions: support@thetinycast.app.

What we collect

• Account details: email address (email/password sign‑up) or an Apple identifier and relay email (Sign in with Apple).
• Child profile entered by the parent: name or nickname, age, liked and avoided topics, and parent notes. We recommend a first name or nickname only.
• Voice recordings: when a child records an idea, the recording is sent to the server, transcribed to text, and used to generate the episode. The recording and transcript are stored in the account's private area.
• Generated content: each episode's script, audio file, and cover image, stored in the account's private area.
• Usage data: events such as played, completed, or marked‑favorite, used to personalize recommendations and content for the child.
• Subscription data: subscription status from Apple. We never see or store card details. Payment is handled by Apple.
• Device identifier for abuse prevention: an Apple App Attest key id used to manage the per‑device free quota. It is not an advertising identifier.

How we use it

To generate episodes, keep the private library, personalize recommendations, manage the subscription and free quota, and provide support and improvements. We do not show ads and do not track users across apps. We do not sell personal data.

Who processes the data (subprocessors)

• Google Firebase: authentication, database, storage, server functions, and notifications (backend hosting).
• Apple: Sign in with Apple, App Attest, purchases and subscriptions, push.
• OpenAI: transcription (speech to text) and cover‑image generation.
• Google Gemini / Google Cloud: script generation and audio (narration).

Content sent to AI providers is used only to create your episode.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while the account is active. You can delete the account at any time from within the app (Parents → Account → Delete account). Deletion permanently removes the account, child profiles, shows, episodes, recordings, and generated content. Some data may persist briefly in backups before final deletion.

Children

TinyCast is meant for parents to use with their children. The parent creates the account, controls the profiles, and approves every episode before it is created. Please enter minimal information about the child (a nickname and age are enough).

Your rights

You can access and correct your information, or delete the entire account, from within the app. For any other request, contact support@thetinycast.app.

Changes

We will update this document as needed and change the date at the top.
